Mailboxes

A Mailbox is a system of settings that other web services need to connect with PANTHEON.

HINT

A Mailbox is a service of electronically delivering documents that contains all characteristics of traditional postal services. Similarly to how you receive traditional (paper) mail through a traditional mailbox, a Mailbox enables you to receive electronic documents from various eExchange systems. For example, through the bizBox mailbox, you exchange eInvoices.

To use the Mailbox, you must set login data, define its classification, its linked subject etc.

This chapter contains collected instructions, which explain how to transfer Mailboxes via Datalab Web Service to the register and define the settings required to use them:

Transfer mailboxes via Web Service:

Preprepared Mailboxes you need for your work may be transferred via Web Service. Before use, required settings must be defined for the transferred mailboxes.

Define settings for exchanging e-invoices, e-orders via the bizBox mailbox

The bizBox Mailbox is intended for exchanging electronic documents. This chapter presents a case of defining the Mailbox settings.

Define settings for file exchange in Import from Folders Mailbox

The Import from Folders Mailbox is intended for automatized transfer of all documents from a custom location on your computer (disc) or from a custom server. This chapter presents a case of defining Mailbox settings.

Define settings for importing bank statements from the Halcom banking system and Halcom eBank Mailbox

To import bank statements to eDocumentation, you need a Halcom Bank Mailbox through which eExchange of statements, or so-called eBanking, is going to run. To use it, certain settings must be defined.
