Calculation Type

In this tab we make it easy for user with the entry of the mandatory data in Employees files, that are necessary, so the employee will be visible in the payroll preparation. The payroll method is a setting that is customized for each user individually, which is also indicated by the letter u in brackets (u).  

Calculation Type

We can select between two options:

0 – Gull Calculation (fields are colored, but they do not change)

1- Basic calculation from gross amount (it is suitable for easy calculation of salary from gross amount)

Colored fields:

In the head of EF: Reg. No./ID, Number, Address, Postal Code, Place and Status

General data: Last Name, Name, Nat. ID No., VAT No.

Employment record: start date

Salary Parameters: position, empl. relationship, column position and start date.

Custom Fields: Del03-Gross salary, columns position and start

Pay Slips: Document Type, Document Name and the Period From, Period To

Bank accounts: create paym. or., account, frmt, payout method and the columns: bank account, format, % for all, Create Pmnt. Or.
Color of Fields of Selected Calculation We select a color in the filed, in which color the selected fields will be colored in employee files.
