Planning

In the Planning module in PANTHEON, you can prepare a business plan for sales, purchasing, finances, and payroll. The data can be analysed, compared to realization, and the cash flow can be planned.

For easier understanding, see the planning feature portion of the User Manual. It is divided in two chapters:

Creating a Planning Document

The Tecta company is preparing plans for various periods and departments. This chapter contains a case explaining how to create an annual business plan for the in-house bar. The plan will predict sales values, purchasing, financial indicators, and payroll costs.

Planning Document Analysis

When a planning document is prepared, the data must be analysed in detail. Data analysis is most often run with comparison of realized and planned data. This chapter contains a Tecta company case of analysing the plan.
