Errors
When sending messages with the feature located in the menu Settings | Documentation | Send SMS or E-Mail, errors can occur, and the message is not sent successfully.
The errors while sending are recorded on the Documents tab.
The document is saved to eDocumentation with the status Unsuccessful.
On the Metadata tab, the cause of the error is listed.
In this case, the error was made in settings of the outgoing mail:
