Entering company info

In PANTHEON Web Light, company information can be set in the module Settings |Company. You can upload a company logo that will be displayed on reports and specify notes that will be shown on the documents. In the Company info section, you can specify whether the company is registered for VAT purposes, import a Google API key for Google Maps and change the company name.
This chapter shows how to edit all the information about the company.

CASE SUMMARY
The person responsible wants to edit company information in the module Settings of PANTHEON Web Light. At the same time, the person responsible wants to import the company logo and edit the company name. Additionally, the person responsible wants to define that the company is registered for VAT purposes, add detailed company information and import a Google API key for the company. This is done as follows:
- Importing the company logo
- Editing the company name
- Enabling VAT registration
- Entering short document note (3 rows)
- Entering long document note (6 rows)
- Importing the Google API key

1. Importing the company logo
The person responsible wants the company logo to be displayed on reports.
To import the logo into the program, the person responsible selects the module Settings and the tab Company.

In the section Company info, the person responsible clicks the pencil icon
(Edit).

The person responsible selects an image file from their computer and drags it into the grey box.

By clicking the button Save, the logo is successfully imported.

HINT
You can also upload the logo by clicking the logo box and specifying the local file location.

WARNING
The prescribed logo aspect ratio is: 2.24 (width) x 1.26 (height). You can use the following logo sizes: 224 x 126 px, 448 x 252 px or 896 x 504 px. The larger the logo, the better the image quality. It is recommended that you do not exceed 500 px width, otherwise the image will be too large and will take too long to display and print.
If the logo is not in the prescribed format, printing forms with the logo will not work.

2. Editing the company name
Next, the person responsible wants to edit the name of the company.
In the section Company info, the person responsible clicks the pencil icon
(Edit) again.
In the field Company name, the person responsible can change the company name.
By clicking the arrow down button
to display a drop-down list of Subjects, the person responsible can select the desired subject from the Subjects register.

The person responsible saves the entered changes by clicking the button Save.
3. Enabling VAT registration
The person responsible wants to define that the company is a taxable person.
In the section Company info, the person responsible again clicks the pencil icon
(Edit).
In the field VAT-registered, the person responsible clicks the radio button (turns orange) to specify the company as the taxable person whose VAT will be charged on the invoices.

HINT
If the company is not a taxable person, the field VAT is hidden on all document types.

The person responsible saves the entered changes by clicking the button Save.
4. Entering short document note (3 rows)
The person responsible wants to enter additional information on the company that can be displayed on the documents if desired. Three rows of text can be entered here.
In the field Note on document (3 rows), the person responsible enters the following details:
Tecta, Plc.
Litostrojska cesta 44B, 1000 Ljubljana
Tel.: 00 386 1 100 10 00, Fax.: 00 386 100 10 01

The person responsible saves the entered changes by clicking the button Save.
5. Entering long document note (6 rows)
The person responsible wants to enter additional information on the company that can be displayed on the documents if desired. Six rows of text can be entered here.
In the field Note on document (6 rows), the person responsible enters the following details:
Registered under reg. No.: 10000000
VAT identification number: 10000000000
Share capital: € 50,000
Bank account: 50105-601-00000000

The person responsible saves the entered changes by clicking the button Save.
These notes are now visible on reports.

6. Importing the Google API key
The person responsible wants to import a Google API key for the company.

HINT
Entering Google API key enables Google Search and Google Maps to work properly, for example in travel orders.
You can obtain a Google API key on the Google Maps Platform website.

In the field Google API key, the person responsible enters the key obtained.

The person responsible saves the entered Google API key by clicking the button Save.
