Current Year (m) |
Last two digits of the current year. At start, PANTHEON checks whether this is the same as the actual year. If not, an error is displayed, but work can be resumed (see Current year in Program parameters does not match system date. Set in in Program parameters | General.). |
Max. Concurrent Documents (u) |
The maximum number of documents of a single document type that can be open at any time. Setting this to a low number may increase performance on low-end computers and large databases.
A value of -1 means no limitation. |
Search by any word |
When parameter is enabled searching in Navigtor no longer requires from user to enter wildcards (%,_,etc.) to search any word. Search will always be performed to find entered word anywhere in serach text:
Search 'Lab' Finds 'DataLab'. |
Number of Rows in Search Window (u) |
On some search windows (navigator) you can set the number of documents that appear when you open the search window. You can limit the number of documents that the program opens when selecting an individual type of document and thereby (on less powerful computers with extensive databases) speed up data loading and, nevertheless, allow access to all data in the database at the same time.
A value of -1 here means that the number of open documents is not limited.
The setting also applies to ltMS - Item search by code, ltMSN - Item search by name and ltEM - Units for Measurement search in Register Settings.
|
Navigator typing delay (miliseconds) |
It means the delay of displaying results when searching with navigator. Default value is set to 1000 ms. When it is 0 search is instant when something is entered in navigator search field. Increased delay is useful for databases with a large number of records so search is not executed instantly when entering characters into search field, for example invoice number "24-300-000125". |
