New user

Clicking on the New user button opens a panel for adding a new entry.
The panel can be logically divided into four parts:
- Command line in New user
- User data
- Login credentials
- Permissions
- Granules

1. Command line in New user
The command line now changes and shows the buttons:
New
|
Aborts the procedure and opens another new panel to add a new user.
|
Save
|
Saves the user into the register.
|
X (Cancel)
|
Cancels the procedure and returns you to the list of users.
|
2. User data
This section has the main data about the user.
Active
|
Enable this toggle button to indicate an active user.
You can change this setting at any time and activate or deactivate users.

First name
|
Program user’s first name.
|
Last name
|
Program user’s surname (last name).
|
Display name
|
Name of the physical person to be displayed on the electronic device for issuing invoices. This is a mandatory data on any invoice for the purposes of fiscalization. Display name can be in any format set by the taxpayer.
It is vital that this code is connected to the person’s tax ID number, whose name is shown on the invoice as information in the process of fiscalization and sent to fiscal authorities, whereby the tax number will not be shown on the invoice.
Example of a display name: Cashier1.

User’s tax ID number is mandatory data, as the information about the person who created or issued the invoice is sent to the fiscal authorities.

Email
|
User’s email address is mandatory data.
If a user does not have their own email address, write another email where they will receive a reset password email in case of a forgotten password.

3. Login credentials
Here, you can set login data for each user.

NOTE
If a user is simultaneously using a PANTHEON license and a PANTHEON Web Light license, they login to both applications with the same username and password.

User name
|
Enter a max 30-character code for the username.
If a user with this code already exists, the program issues a warning message: A user with this code already exists.
Code is mandatory data. If you do not enter it, the program marks the field red and does not let you save the user.

Password
|
Enter a password for logging in to PANTHEON Web. The user will have to enter the password each time they log into the program. The password is hidden on the screen and is only marked with asterisks.
Login password is mandatory data.

Repeat password
|
To ensure correct password entry, repeat the password once more.
|
Granule |
Shows granules to which the user has been set access on the User Site. This is a read-only field. |
License |
Define which license is assigned to the user. Each user can use a different license.
When more than one license is selected in this field, a pop-up window for selecting the license opens when logging in to the program.

WARNING
This parameter overrides the startup parameters, such as /WL, /WT and other parameters.

4. Permissions
By setting permission – authorizations, you can set which parts of the program, and which features the user can have access to and to which level.
From the user’s credentials at login, the program reads and sets the permissions and authorizations from the respective username.

5. Granules
Fields for assigning active Granules to the user. Granules are assigned by selecting the checkboxes or by choosing Granule documents from the dropdown menu.
