
Adding an Answer

Answers to incident reports can entered by:
- the help desk, in the first phase
- yourself or another user of the program in your company, e.g.:
- in response to a reply from the help desk, if it needs more information
- as additional clarifications to an already submitted incident report, e.g. by adding new attachments.

1. Adding an answer
We enter the reply text into the dialogue window.

2. Adding attachments
If we want to add attachments to the reply, we check the corresponding checkbox in the dialogue window Attachments.
- If we checked Add attachments, the attachment selection window will open after saving the answer. A maximum of three files can be attached to one answer. (For a detailed description, see chapter Adding an attachment.)
- (If there is a need to add more than three files, enter a new answer.)
3. Cancelling the reply
If we do not want to save the answer, we simply closethe window by clicking the
(close) icon.
4. Forwarding the answer
To forward the answer, we click the Continue icon in the dialogue window
.

All answers added in this way, and a link to the added attachments are available for review and possible report in the Response overview subpanel.
