To-Do

With working in a company, there are a number of tasks we have to do every day. This is easiest to navigate in PANTHEON, using the To-Do form.
A Task is an element that we create ourselves, is redirected to us by a superior, or is created from eWorkflows. A Task (for example: invoice confirmation, approval of leave request, etc.) can consist of one or several steps, inside of the business process workflow.
The more you integrate PANTHEON into information processes inside the company and in your environment, the more of our activities or tasks are started automatically.
The To-Do form is opened by clicking the Tasks button in the upper right corner of the PANTHEON desktop, or by clicking on Settings | Documentation | To-Do in the menu bar.

 |
WARNING
If the user has unread or unfinished tasks, a form with Tasks will automatically appear when PANTHEON is run. The display of the To-Do form when running PANTHEON can be set in the Administration Panel. For more information about this, see chapter Edit PANTHEON Desktop.

The User Manual consists of the following chapters with use cases:
Toolbar |
In addition to the standard features, the Toolbar of the To-do form also offers some features specifically for working with tasks. In this chapter, we have prepared instructions for redirecting tasks in the absence of an employee, checking overdue tasks, opening the form in a new window for an easier overview, etc. |
Filter |
Filters are available for an easier search inside the table with tasks. Available are predefined filters , where you determine the search criteria. In this chapter, we have prepared use cases of filtering tasks by period, status, or by different criteria. |
Tab View |
Tab View offers the user an overview of the tasks in the form of a table. In addition to the overview of the tasks data in the table, we have also prepared use cases of creating a new task, editing or opening a task and sorting tasks. |
Calendar View |
Calendar View offers a display of tasks on the calendar. In this way, we can see the task arrangement and the duration of the tasks in graphic form. In this chapter, we have prepared use cases of creating a new task or editing a task using the drag-and-drop method. |
Task |
Tasks can be created in eWorkflows or manually by the user. The To-do form allows for the creation of tasks. For every created task, we set the criteria for execution, duration, type, etc. In this User manual, we have prepared use cases of creating a new task, creating custom fields, creating urgent tasks, etc. |
