DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

MANAGEMENT
|
The Management Department is in charge of business planning and for organizing, managing and controlling the company.
The Management's primary responsibility in respect to the organization as a whole is to ensure that it achieves its planned business and other objectives.
The Chief Executive Officer and owner of Tecta is Dan Director.
|
|
FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING
|
The Finance and Accounting is responsible for recording financial trends and capital movements.
The department's tasks include analyzing the company's financial situation and potential risks, monitoring and reducing operating costs, and reviewing and transferring assets when dealing with suppliers or customers.
Ashley Accountant is the head of the department and is assisted by an accountant Anne Accountant.

PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT
|
The Personnel Department is responsible for recruiting and managing the company's employees.
The department's tasks include training new employees, managing employee absence and leave, handling promotions, managing employees and ensuring a stable and safe working environment.
The head of the department is Heather Human.

ADMINISTRATION
|
The Administration Department is responsible for handling a wide range of office and support work, completing forms and answering phone calls.
The head of the department is Adele Administrator.

MARKETING
|
The Marketing Department is responsible for exploring target markets and creating a corporate image for presentation and sales.
The head of the department is Mary Marketing.

BAR
|
The Tecta Bar is a great place for employees and end customers to stop for a refreshing drink or coffee.
The head of the department is Carla Caffee.

|
PURCHASING
|
The Purchasing Department is responsible for sourcing raw materials at the best quality and price from Tecta suppliers.
Pat Purchase is the head of the Purchasing Department and is assisted in the purchasing processes by his apprentice Adam Apprentice.

WHOLESALE
|
The Wholesale Department is responsible for wholesale to manufacturing companies and other large customers.
The head of wholesale is Sally Sales.
|
|
LOGISTIC
|
The Logistic Department is responsible for the assembly and disassembly as well as for transport of hired tents, etc.
The head of the department is Aston Assembler.
|
|
WAREHOUSE
|
The warehouse is actually divided into several warehouses, namely the purchasing material warehouse and the finished products warehouse.
The warehouses are responsible for receiving and preparing goods for customer orders, keeping warehouse stocks, creating issue documents, transferring goods between warehouses, etc.
The warehouse manager is Warren Warehouse.

PRODUCTION
|
The Manufacturing Department is responsible for the production of Tecta products, from ensuring that the appropriate resources are available to the manufacturing of the finished products.
The head of manufacturing is Marc Manufacture, who is responsible for work allocation and smooth running of the production.

REPAIRS
|
The repairs department is responsible for repairing products returned for servicing by customers. If a customer returns a tent because the canvas is torn or frayed, the repairs department will re-stitch it or replace the part.

RETAIL
|
The Retail Department is actually a retail outlet, and is responsible for selling goods to end customers. Tecta has a retail store in Ljubljana.
The head of retail office is Roger Retail.

|
SERVICING
|
The Servicing Department is responsible for the repair of tents sold to end customers, and also for servicing the tents of larger customers on site. When a product in need of repair is received by the department, it is sent to the repairs department.
The head of the department is Sandy Service.
