Mailbox - General information
Mailboxes in PANTHEON Web Light determine how documents will be sent from or received in PANTHEON Web Light. They are a tool for exchanging documents such as construction documents, bank statements and pay slips between different companies. In addition, they make it easy to send and receive eInvoices and ePosting.
Predefines mailboxes are downloaded from the Web Service. Once the mailbox is created, the user has to fill in the missing information.
Clicking on an existing mailbox opens a screen with the following fields:

Mailbox name.

The provider (in the case of bizBox, it is "Our company").

Classification
|
Each mailbox can be linked to a specific classification. Input documents are classified with the selected classification. According to the classification, the storage and workflow are also defined (if set on the classification).

Usernames and passwords (in the case of bizBox, it is the username and password for bizBox, which is associated with a specific user).
