PANTHEON Granules

PANTHEON Granules is an additional service that can be used if you are already using one of the PANTHEON licenses (except if the user has only a Mobile RA or RC license).

A PANTHEON Granule is linked to a named user, which means that they need to be individually linked to a specific employee in your company.

This chapter presents the licensing options for the PANTHEON Granules service illustrated by the following examples:

  1. Example for Company Ltd, which is a holder of PANTHEON licenses and a subscriber of PANTHEON Granules service
  2. Example for Accounting firm Ltd., which is a holder of PANTHEON licenses and a subscriber of PANTHEON Granules service
  3. Example for Company Ltd., which is a holder of PANTHEON licenses and a subscriber of PANTHEON Granules service, with the company's business partners as users of the service

1. Example for Company Ltd, which is a holder of PANTHEON licenses and a subscriber of PANTHEON Granules service

The company has one database and uses the PANTHEON SE license.

In the company, three employees are assigned access to online Travel Orders.

2. Example for Accounting firm Ltd., which is a holder of PANTHEON licenses and a subscriber of PANTHEON Granules service

The company has one database and uses the PANTHEON ME license. Four users use PANTHEON Granules:

  • 2 PANTHEON Granules for Travel orders and
  • 2 PANTHEON Granules for Documents and Tasks.

The holder of PANTHEON licenses and the subscriber of PANTHEON Granules service is Accounting firm Ltd.

Accounting firm Ltd. enables its customer Company Ltd. to use travel orders for a specific employee within the Company Ltd, namely John Newman.

For Company Ltd, two PANTHEON Granule Documents and Tasks are also assigned to employees Tim Keynes and Mary Hayes, respectively.

For Company 2 Ltd., one PANTHEON Granule Travel orders is assigned to Natalie Vector.

PANTHEON license holder: ACCOUNTING FIRM LTD.

A named user, for example Mary Hayes, cannot use the same PANTHEON Granule for Accounting firm Ltd. and for Company 2 Ltd.

If Mary Hayes herself would be half time employed in Accounting firm LTD and half time in Company 2 LTD and would need to use Travel orders in both, she would need 2 PANTHEON Granules.

In such a case, the scheme of activated PANTHEON Granules would be as follows:

PANTHEON Granules service subscriber: ACCOUNTING FIRM LTD.

WARNING:
  • PANTHEON Granules can be allocated to individual employees from companies to which the Accounting firm Ltd. provides accounting services. The employees of the Accounting firm Ltd. use the PANTHEON ME license to access the database of each company.

  • You can order PANTHEON Granules on the PANTHEON UserSite under eServices.

3. Example for Company Ltd., which is a holder of PANTHEON licenses and a subscriber of PANTHEON Granules service, with the company's business partners as users of the service

Company Ltd. is a company that offers products to its business partners. It uses PANTHEON SE licenses in its business operations.

To enable the employees from another company to order their products, Company Ltd. can assign PANTHEON Granule B2B orders to these employees.

Business partner 1 has two employees who order goods. Therefore, Company Ltd. assigns two PANTHEON Granules to these two employees, which will be linked to the first and last name, database (from the Company Ltd.) and to the subject or business partner. At the same time, it has a separate business partner from whom one person orders the goods. The specification of PANTHEON Granules would be as follows:

PANTHEON Granules service subscriber: COMPANY LTD.

If there is one person ordering the goods at each business partner and Company Ltd. has three such partners, the specification of PANTHEON Granules would be as follows:
