PANTHEON Granules

PANTHEON Granules is an additional service that can be used if you are already using one of the PANTHEON licenses (except if the user has only a Mobile RA or RC license).
A PANTHEON Granule is linked to a named user, which means that they need to be individually linked to a specific employee in your company.
This chapter presents the licensing options for the PANTHEON Granules service illustrated by the following examples:
- Example for Company Ltd, which is a holder of PANTHEON licenses and a subscriber of PANTHEON Granules service
- Example for Accounting firm Ltd., which is a holder of PANTHEON licenses and a subscriber of PANTHEON Granules service
- Example for Company Ltd., which is a holder of PANTHEON licenses and a subscriber of PANTHEON Granules service, with the company's business partners as users of the service

A named user, for example Mary Hayes, cannot use the same PANTHEON Granule for Accounting firm Ltd. and for Company 2 Ltd.
If Mary Hayes herself would be half time employed in Accounting firm LTD and half time in Company 2 LTD and would need to use Travel orders in both, she would need 2 PANTHEON Granules.
In such a case, the scheme of activated PANTHEON Granules would be as follows:
PANTHEON Granules service subscriber: ACCOUNTING FIRM LTD.

3. Example for Company Ltd., which is a holder of PANTHEON licenses and a subscriber of PANTHEON Granules service, with the company's business partners as users of the service
Company Ltd. is a company that offers products to its business partners. It uses PANTHEON SE licenses in its business operations.
To enable the employees from another company to order their products, Company Ltd. can assign PANTHEON Granule B2B orders to these employees.
Business partner 1 has two employees who order goods. Therefore, Company Ltd. assigns two PANTHEON Granules to these two employees, which will be linked to the first and last name, database (from the Company Ltd.) and to the subject or business partner. At the same time, it has a separate business partner from whom one person orders the goods. The specification of PANTHEON Granules would be as follows:
PANTHEON Granules service subscriber: COMPANY LTD.
