To help you use PANTHEON Granules, you will find answers to frequently asked questions below:
1. Who receives a notification when a PANTHEON Granule is activated?
All administrators are notified of the activation of a PANTHEON Granule.
2. Who is the administrator of a PANTHEON Granule?
The administrator of a PANTHEON Granule is the person who confirmed the special terms for activating or changing PANTHEON Granules.
For users with a PANTHEON Cloud subscription, this is the same person who ordered the service and received the activation information to use the Cloud license.
3. What happens if a PANTHEON Granule is assigned to a user with a full PANTHEON Web license?
Such a user loses access to that PANTHEON Web license and can only access the assigned PANTHEON Granule.
4. What data of the online program PANTHEON Web is accessible to the users of PANTHEON Granules?
The users of PANTHEON Granules can only access the data of the individual functionality within the online program PANTHEON Web, that is only to the data within the individual PANTHEON Granule.
5. What additional settings are required for the B2B Orders Granule to work properly?
The user assigned to the B2B Orders Granule needs to be defined as the Subject in PANTHEON Web. For more information, see the chapter First use of PANTHEON Granules.
