Permissions (tab on Document Types)

The Permissions tab enables you to check and set authorizations for the selected user on the selected document type.
The tab can be accessed from PANTHEON forms in Document Types.

The form is made up of certain panels and elements, which are described below.

From the drop-down list, select ( ) the type of permissions and program will display users with selected permissions.
The following permissions are available:
- None – there are no permissions. The feature is hidden from the user.
- Read – user can only read data.
- Write – user can read, write and change data.
- Delete – user can read, write, chnged end deleting data. The user has full permissions.

A list of all users in the database, who can set permissions on the selected document type. Clicking on the desired user displays the currently set rights on the selected document type.
Displays the name of the selected document type and the name of authorization.

Displays permissions for the menu of the selected user.

Copying menu permissions can only be carried out on the Users panel. Read more in the chapter Menu.

Permissions management console allows you to set permissions on a document type for a selected user or copy rights from another user.

If checked ( ), the authorization status is defined, which means that some basic permissions have already been set. |
On the Permissions tab, there are three subtabs:
- Status – defines which statuses the user can use on the selected document type.
- Confirm Documents – defines whether the user can confirm the documents on selected document type.
- Edit Confirmed Documents – defines whether the user can edit confirmed documents on selected document type.
