Preparation of the plan

Executing ZEUS Planning

When you select document type in planning module, planning form appears. By clicling on button new record  you can create new document for planning. 

First visible tab is tab General, where you define detailed settings for your plan:

  • Planning Unit (that is, months, years, quarters).
  • Count quarters from (in case that you are using a different time sequence from the calendar one.
  • Set plan start and plan end period.
  • Enter or select a subject (you can copy it by checking corresponding checkbox) and contact.
  • Enter or select a department (you can copy it by checking corresponding checkbox).
  • To use primary currency in planning, check Planning in Primary Currency Only. If you leave Planning in Primary Currency Only unchecked, you can use various currencies. Just set which currency to use in Show in Currency.
  • Enter or select a contact.
  • Set plan status (In Progress, Rejected, Approved,...).
  • Set plan variant (Normal, Optimistic, Pessimistic).
  • Enter Planned by and Date fields.
  • Then enter Checked By and Date fields.

Below you have four tabs with additional data:

  • Note for Documents where you can enter custom note on plan.
  • Finance settings, where you can set Reference statement for comparisson and select document types.
  • Export settings where you set password if you want to export data in password protected Excel.
  • More options where you can define rounding for values and indexes.
