The position of DIRECTOR is superordinate to the position of SECRETARY.

 

Open the Position Hierarchy panel in Settings l Personnel l Employment l Positions of Employment.

 

Place the pointer on the item SECRETARY2.

 

Hold down left mouse key and drag-and-drop the item SECRETARY2 on item DIRECTOR.

The pointer changes to 83918.gif.

The postion of DIRECTOR is thus senior to the position of SECRETARY2. The information is recorded in Senior Position in register header.
