Currency |
Set currency for price. You can enter a foreign currency in pricing, but when issuing orders or invoices it will be converted to primary currency of price list.

For warehouses where you post stock at retail price you cannot use pricing in a foreign currency. It is recommended that you create a foreign currency contract prices. |

Price Calculation |
Using the Price Calculation box you can set how the sale price will be changing when modifiying pricing lines. For each individual item you can select the following:
- Sale Price is Fixed - By selecting it you keep fixed sales prices regardless of the changes made to purchase price. Selecting it you will make changes to prices using price change document.
- Markup is Fixed, Recalculate Sale Prices at Purchase - By selecting it you keep fixed mark-up of purchase price. That is why by any changes made to the purchase price, new sale prices are calculated according to the entered mark-up rate.
- Gross Price and Markup Fixed - Whenever purchasing, it calculates new sale prices according to the most recent supplier's price (no other pricing factors are considered here). To recalculate sale price you have to check Save Sale Price to Register in the corresponding document type (Goods | Receiving) in order to display recalculated prices.

VAT |
Enter or select a tax type which is basically copied from the Accounts section of the General panel. |
Retail price |
Based on sale price and tax rate - as set by tax type - the retail price is calculated automatically. The latter is equivalent to sale price increased by tax amount. Or, you can first enter retail price based on which the net sale price is calculated. Due to rounding errors it is important that you select the correct method for determining prices. |
Minimum Margin |
We add minimal margin that is fixed for this item.
(If the minimal margin value is entered, the price in the contracted price list is lower than the specified minimum margin, Pantheo considers the price from the contract price list)

Maximum discount |
We add maximum discunt for this item. If the total rebate is higher on the position, we get a warning: Ident can have a maximum rebate of XY% |
