Report includes data about actual material consumption and work completed as offset from the planned.

Specific lines of materials and operations on work orders are displayed for each work order separately.

The following data are displayed in the report header:

Report generated The date and time when a report was generated are displayed in the header.
Document Type ID and name of document type appear in the header.

Specific Data Related to Issued Lines:

Line Displays a line of item on work order.
Item Displays an ID of material (assembly material line) which is issued to work order.
Description Displays a name of material or operation being issued to work order.
Planned Displays a quantity in line for issue to work order.
Used Displays a quantity issued to work order.
Neg. Offset % Displays a negative offset in percentage.
Here it is calculated whether the actual consumption is less than the planned one: 100-(100*Used/Planned).
pos. offset % Displays a positive offset in percentage.
Here it is calculated whether the actual consumption is greater than the planned one: (100*Used/Planned)-100.
Value - Expected Displays a quantity in line for issue to work order. To calculate planned value make use of the valuation price for material consumption (operations) which you would use in issuing to WO.
Value - Used Displays a quantity issued to work order.

Percentage of offset quantities and values is not calculated where planned quantity equals 0.
