Quick shortcuts

Quick shortcuts allow fast access to documents and reports in the displayed databases (companies). In the top line the types of shortcuts are displayed. On the left side the companies are displayed. In the middle the shortcuts are displayed. The caption of shortcut consists of the last entered document, date of entry of document. In the popup menu of the shortcut other last entered documents grouped by document type are displayed. The shortcut for payment orders displayes the number of payorders that are prepaired for payment.

Clicks and shortcuts

Click on shortcut opens database and document in target database.

Click on shortcut in popup menu opens document on target database.
Click on the button with the name of the company (left side) opens database of that company.

Right click on the name of the company (left side) allows:

  • printing of balance sheets for that company
  • printing of trial balance for that company
  • opening of the database for that company
  • display of statistics
Click on the button Company opens Quick shortcuts settings.

Company Click on this button opens settings for quick shortcuts.
Company name (far left)

On the left side company names are displayed (database and company name).
Type of shortcut On the top line the types of shortcuts are displayed.
Quick shortcuts The caption is made of document number and date of entry of the document.

Refresh

 Button for manual refresh od the displayed data.
Previous ? Click on this button displays previous set number of companies. The number of displayed companies is set in the settings.
Next ? Click on this button displays next set number of companies. The number of displayed companies is set in the settings.
