The Receiving part of the Service module is used to record all items that have been received to the service warehouse.

Receiving to service is divided into:

  • Receipt form customer - for recording items received from customers for repairs of replacement, that must eventually be returned, and
  • Receipt from supplier - for recording items returned from suppliers, where they were sent to for repairs of replacement.
