Reproduction (cattle)

Reproduction module enables reviewing and recording of reproduction events for individual animals. Header of module also calculates reproduction statistics and animal status. Events are sorted descending. User can open either statistics or calculations for individual event by clicking on button

Adding new records

New record can be added by clicking on button . New window will appear to add data to database.

If previous events are not concluded, software shows warning that previous event has to be concluded.

Insemination date	Date of insemination. This date changes status to Inseminated. Date can be inserted manually through keyboard of selected from calendar . Date can also be deleted by clicking on .
Insemination type	User inserts insemination type. User can choose: Insemination Repeated insemination Natural insemination Repeated natural insemination
Veterinarian	Veterinarian is selected from dropdown. Veterinarian has to be inserted in Veterinarians.
Sire ID	ID of sire.
Sire name	Name of sire.
Sire semen ID	ID of sire semen.
Price	Price of insemination by veterinarian.
Pregnancy check	Date of pregnancy check.Date can be inserted manually through keyboard or selected from calendar . Date can also be deleted by clicking on .
Is pregnant	User marks that animal is pregnant. This checkbox changes status to pregnant.
Date of birth/abortion	Date of end of reproduction event.
Outcome	Outcome of reproduction event.
Live births	Number of live born calves.
Stillbirths	Number of stillbirth calves.
Insemination document	Number of insemination document.
Note	Note by user.

Editing and updating of previous record

User can also edit or update previously inserted event. Edit mode can be accessed by clicking on 

By clicking on this button additional button will appear to add offsprings to selected reproduction event (see below).

In header of add calf functionality user can see data about mother, number of added calves and number of written live birth animals on reproduction cycle (1/1). Each inserted record will create new animal record in database.
