In the right-mouse click menu of the Browse Posts module you can find additional functions, enabling you to: 

Open Journal Entry It directly opens the journal entry to be posted. An entire journal entry of the item where you launched the function is opened.
Show Balance  It displays balance of all the selected items.
Account Balance  It displays balance for the account that is selected in the item where you launched the function. It also displays balance on the account previous to the journal entry, balance of posts on the journal entry, as well as the total balance. All information are in the local currency. (see Account Balance ....)
Find Document  It directly opens the document from the Document field. This document could also be opened by double-clicking the field of the same name in the overview of posts displayed.
Find Document - Automatic Posting  It directly opens the document from the XXXkey field. This document may also be opened by double-clicking the field of the same name in the overview of posts displayed.
Find Linked Document  It directly opens the document from the Linked document field. This document may also be opened by double-clicking the field of the same name in the overview of posts displayed.
