In the taskbar of all program forms are Templates functions to save already defined report criteria. These functions are used to save or create, beside already predefined values for individual users and operations, default values for templates that are demanded for and individual user or operation.
See example:
An Overview of Non-Dispatched, Valid Sales Orders for the Current Year
Select all document types in the Document Types section. In the Order Date From field, enter 1.1.07. In the (Order) Date To field, enter 31.12.07”.
In the Valid section, select Validity, because you are interested only in orders that have not expired, that is, transactions that are still binding.
Select the statuses 1 – Created and 2 – Confirmed in the Status section, because you would also like to include valid quotations in the overview because you expect them to be dispatched.
Select the Only Where Ordered and Dispatched Qty Differ option, so the order will not include any items (or quantities) that have already been dispatched. When you select this option, you must also select the report type 098 – Summary by Items – Difference Only, and this way, the report will separate different items, but will sum up the quantity of each particular item.
Let’s also assume that you also take orders in foreign currencies, but would like to see these orders calculated in Euros in the report. To do this, select EUR in the Convert to Currency field.
