Security
In Security, we set the data for creating a password, its validity period, and settings for multi-factor authentication.

Below is a description of field features:
Password complexity |
The password effectiveness measure in blocking unauthorized individuals. The strength of the password depends on its length, complexity, and unpredictability. The password complexity value can be entered here or via the password verification form (Custom).
|
Custom |
When clicking on the Custom button, a window Custom complexity will open where you can enter the desired password.
The algorithm will check the password and display its strength. If the password meets the required complexity, click the Use complexity button.

|
Min. password length |
Set the minimum number of characters for passwords used by users to log into the program. This value is used by the program for user password settings.
The number must be between 0 and 10 characters in length.
|
Automatic logout |
The time in minutes since the user's last activity. After this period, the user will be automatically logged out of the PANTHEON Web program if the program is not in use or no movement of the mouse cursor is detected.
The default value of 0 means that this setting is not applied.
|
Password validity |
The number of days the password is valid. By default, it is turned off (-1). When the password validity expires, the program will notify us. |
Expiration alert |
Upon login, the program notifies us how many days are left until the password expires. |
MFA token validity (hours) |
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) or Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an electronic authentication method. The default value in MFA Token validity (hours) field is -1, which means that MFA is disabled. To enable it enter the number greater than 0.
For example, 1 means validity to one (1) hour.
|
MFA token length |
Set the length of the token. For example, 4 means a MFA token lenght of four digits. |
