The Settings panel in the window for administration of finished work offers you the possibility to view list of employees. They have assigned authorizations to be able to approve any additional and parallel operations by themselves. Besides the Employees - Additional Operations there are two other tabs available here , i.e., Additional Operations and Parallel Operations.

Employees - Additional Operations

Enter employees who can approve the selected additional or parallel work operations (Additional Operations in Track Completed Work window) in Employees - Additional Operations panel

Hence, the authorized person need not approve above-mentioned operations.

That is, it is not required from you to enter authorized person for employees displayed in the Employees - Additional Operations panel.

Employee Here is displayed name and surname of the selected employee who is able to carry out additional and parallel operations without any further need of operation approval by the authorized person.

 

Additional Operations

Only an authorized person can add operations which ought to be carried out . The selected operations appear in the window for tracking completed work.

Operation Displays the ID of an additional operation.
Name Displays item name.

 

 

Parallel Operations

Only an authorized person can assign parallel operations to existing ones in Planned panel (Track Completed Work | Planned)
