Report list

The Report list displays the possible report formats on the active window.

1. Displaying a report list
On simpler forms and in the report criteria selection windows, clicking the
(Report) button in the toolbar opens a list of existing report formats:

We select the desired report with the left-mouse click.
This automatically opens the report preview, where we can find the functions for printing the displayed document, using the printer.
2. Creating a report shortcut
If we select
(Properties) from the toolbar, the program will open the Reports register for this report, where we can enter or edit parameters for each report format, or duplicate an existing report and create a new one.

This is also the simplest way to create a shortcut for the report.
From now on, the shorcut to this report is also visible on the report list, which is opened by clicking thr reports icon on an individual form.
