Exchange Settings

Exchange Settings enable "understanding" between systems – PANTHEON and external system (e.g. bizBox).
In the Exchange Settings form, you can define linked codes between two systems that enable two-way exchange of data.
The Exchange Settings are accessible through the menu Settings | Documentation | Exchange Settings.

Preprepared exchange settings can be transferred via Web Service by clicking the
(Import/Export data) button in the toolbar and selecting the option Transfer Register...

The section contains the following elements:
Name
|
This field is populated with an Exchange Settings name. It can also be entered manually.
|
Code
|
This field is populated with a custom Exchange Settings code. It can also be entered manually.
|
Group
|
This field lists the group of Exchange Settings: Documentation.
|
File
|
In this field, enter the path to the file with the Exchange Settings you want to import to the program.
|
Run SQL after Import
|
Into this field, enter the SQL query you want to run after importing to register.
|
Read
|
By clicking this button, you read the contents of the file defined in the File field. Paths and values appear. Paths can be transferred to the lines in the Exchange Settings table by clicking.

Fill
|
Clicking this button fills the file contents into a temporary table. The data is shown in the Value field.
|
Empty
|
Clicking this button empties the exchange data read from the file.

This section contains the following columns with data:
Order
|
In this field, define the order of the exchange of data.
|
Type
|
This field is populated with the description of the exchange table.
|
Table Name
|
This field is populated with the name of the exchange table.
|
Path
|
This field is populated with the path written in the XML file.
|
Add To
|
This field is populated with the line number in the table data (anMasterID), where the selected record was entered.
|
Group Match
|
If this checkbox is checked, the program considers groups when adding lines.
|
Description
|
Into this field, enter a custom description of the table.
|
This section contains the following columns with data:
anMasterID
|
This field lists the number of the link to the superior table.
|
Group
|
This field lists the group for matching lines, if this data exists.
|
Address
|
Into this field, enter custom line name.
|
Path
|
This field is populated with the path to the data in the imported XML file. The path is composed from the path in the header and path entered in the line.

Attribute
|
Into this field, enter the XML attribute you want to read.
|
Use in SQL
|
Check this checkbox if you want to use the value of the line when composing the SQL query.
|
Concatenate
|
Check the checkbox in this field if you want to concatenate multiple fields in combination with the group.
|
Field name
|
This field is filled in with the name of the field, where the data will be entered.
|
Default
|
Into this field, enter the default value, if no record exists in the XML file.
|
Value
|
This field is filled in with the value read from the XML file when testing.
|
Value (condition)
|
This field is filled in with the value if it fits the condition written in the Condition field.
|
Condition
|
Into this field, enter a custom condition for reading the value.
