Small Tools – Partial deactivation

The function for partial deactivation allows you to deactivate a limited quantity of small tools on one number.

Function is accessed by right mouse click in lines, on tab Value of Small Tools register. A new form opens (as shown on picture bellow).

Inventory No.

Shows inventory number of the asset or small tools for which we want to make partial deactivation. 

Quantity

Shows the purchase quantity of FA.

New Qty

By default, it shows the quantity of fixed assets. We can enter a new (remaining) amount FA.

Reduce Qty By

Enter the amount we want to reduce. This amount is connected with the amount New Qty. One we enter in the field and the other is calculated automatically.

Purchase Value

Shows purchase value of New quantity for the rest of FA.

Accumulated Depreciation

Shows accumulated depreciation of New quantity for the rest of FA.

Deactivation Date

We enter the date we want to proceed deactivation. This date will be visible in tab Value.

Record events

Choose between:

  • None
  • Write deactivation quantity to utilization
  • Write deactivation quantity to movement
  • Write deactivation quantity to utilization and movement

Partial Deactivation 

By clicking on button partial deactivation entered quantity will be eliminated and written into:

- Utilization tab with assignment entered into the grid

- Movement tab with location and departments entered into the grid

- Both of them

Location

Enter the location for writing events into the movement.

HINT

The field is shown if you select Write deactivation quantity to movement or Write deactivation quantity to utilization and movement in the section Record events.

Assigned to

Enter the worker to writing events into the utilization.

Namig

The field is shown if in the section Record events you select Write deactivation quantity to utilization or Write deactivation quantity to utilization and movement in the section Record events.

 

WARNING

It is strongly suggested to use only one option and not to write events into both tables. Partial deactivation only forms a basis for posting.
