Work Specification

The Work Specification tab of the Service Order form enables you to enter the time spent by service technicians, as well as the number of kilometers traveled by the service technician for the purpose of field service intervention.
According to data entered here, you can also create returned customer claims or billable issues by entering the spent time or creating travel documents for repairmen.

Work Specification tab is visible on the Service Order form, if the option Work Specification is enabled on the Service Order document type.

The form contains these functionalities.
Create Issue |
By clicking this button, Create Issue form is opened for creating an issue document. |
Create Trip |
By clicking this button, Create Trip form is opened for creating linked travel order for employee. |
Repairs By |
Select the employee who worked or is going to work on the service order. |
Date |
Enter the date of planned repair. |
Start Time |
Enter the start time of planned repair. |
End Time |
Enter the end time of planned repair. |
Time |
Displays the planned time according to Start Time and End Time. |
Item |
Enter the item that is planned for repair. |
Note |
Enter a note. |
Date |
Enter the date of travel. |
Start Time |
Enter the start time of travel. |
End Time |
Enter the end time of travel. |
Mileage |
Enter the distance traveled. |
