Fixed Assets Status

The register may be opened by double-clicking the field where the data is entered (see fixed assets register and small tools register)! |
 |
By creating the inventory only active fixed assets shall be included, that is those, which are marked for depreciation calculation. |
The fixed assets status determines whether it is necessary to depreciate or revaluate the fixed asset. When calculating the depreciation or revaluation you should select the status how the individual fixed asset is treated – whether it is to be depreciated or revaluated.
Two types of status are used internally by the program:
- status AC - it is by default used by activating of the fixed asset for active fixed assets in use.
- status NO - it is by default used for eliminated fixed asset
We can add new statuses to the both previously mentioned.
When calculating the depreciation the program automatically sets the same status for depreciated position as it was to the item to be depreciated.
Status |
two-character name used for the status. The fixed asset may be (predefined) active or non-active. If it is active, the depreciation and revaluation are still calculated for it. But if it is non-active, it is kept in the fixed asset register only for our record. You may of course optionally add statuses. |
