Subjects

The Subjects register contains information about the subjects, with which the company does business with. These are customers, suppliers, carriers, etc., and all other employees of the company. The subjects can also be used when creating Travel orders.

The screen is divided into the following parts:
- The Toolbar of the Subjects register with the Personnel tab and action buttons.
- The Header with criteria for searching subjects.
- The Subjects list with their information.

In the toolbar, you can select the Personnel tab and the following action buttons:
Create new subject

Opens an empty Subject general data form for adding a new subject into the Subjects register.

Import subjects

The button has two options:
- Download import template – this is a predefined empty Excel file for help with import.
- Import subjects – enables the import of an Excel file with subjects data.

In the Header, you define criteria for searching the subjects in the following fields:
Search
|
Input a custom search string (ID, name, address, etc.)
|
Status
|
Filtering the subjects according to status:
- Active and inactive
- Active only
- Inactive only
The status of the subject is determined in the Subject general data.

Subject type
|
Filtering the subjects according to type:
- All
- Customers
- Suppliers
- Customers and suppliers
- No type
The status of the subject is determined in the Subject general data.

This is a table with data about the subjects, with the option to sort and filter according to the conditions in the columns:
Active
|
The check mark marks active subjects, i.e., those subjects, which can be displayed on all the documents. The subject status is determined in the Subject general data.

Code
|
A short label (ID) of the subject. Clicking the code opens up a form with the Subject general data, where data about the subject can be edited.
|
Name
|
The full name of the subject. It is defined in the Subject general data.
|
Address
|
The address (street and house number). It is defined in the Subject general data.
|
Tax no.
|
The identification number for VAT. It is defined in the Subject general data.
|
Subject type
|
Subject type of the selected subject. It is defined in the Subject general data.
