DATALAB Cloud

DATALAB Cloud provides users with advanced, enterprise-grade security solutions.

Below is an overview of the key security elements that protect your data and access to the system.

Table of contents

  1. Data Centers
  2. Connectivity
  3. Monitoring and Alerting
  4. Service Level Guarantees
  5. Technical Specifications
  6. ISO Certification by Country

1. Data Centers

  • Equipment is hosted in data centers located in Slovenia (Ljubljana), Croatia (Zagreb), Bosnia and Herzegovina (Sarajevo), Serbia (Belgrade, Kragujevac), and Bulgaria (Sofia).

  • Data centers are certified to TIER 3 level and comply with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.

  • Dual power supply systems with generators ensuring at least 72 hours of autonomy.

  • Redundant cooling systems and NOVEC 1230 fire suppression systems installed.

  • Physical and technical security with surveillance and controlled access.

2. Connectivity

  • Data center connections support speeds of 1Gbps/10Gbps/100Gbps/400Gbps (optional).

  • Typical latency from the Ljubljana data center:
LINX UK ~35ms, CERN CH ~25ms, RIPE NL ~25ms, Paris FR ~25ms, Milan IT ~25ms, Vienna AT ~10ms.

3. Monitoring and Alerting

  • Continuous 24/7 service and device monitoring with over 20 metrics tracked per host, per minute.

4. Service Level Guarantees

  • With a high-availability infrastructure design, all components are fully redundant.

  • All equipment is from trusted brands (Cisco, NetApp, HPE, Juniper, APC).

  • Guaranteed system availability: 99.98% monthly uptime.

  • Guaranteed network connectivity: at least 99.98%.

  • Independent 24/7 monitoring and alerting system in place.

5. Technical Specifications

  • Data is stored on NetApp systems with redundant controllers, network, and power supplies.

  • Backups are performed to a separate storage system and include all data from primary storage. Timing and frequency are defined per virtual server.

  • DDoS Protection
Shields the system from malicious traffic overloads that could disrupt service access. Ensures system continuity and data availability even during attacks.

  • Firewall
Filters unauthorized or malicious traffic and prevents access to systems and applications by unapproved users. Provides access control and reduces risks of breaches, data theft, or malware infections.

6. ISO Certification by Country
