Toolbar

  

 

The Toolbar is a key component of the PANTHEON interface and is located at the top of each form within the program window. It provides access to additional functionalities and facilitates easier navigation of each form, enhancing overall user efficiency. The general functions are outlined in detail in the chapter Toolbar.

 

The Reports-specific Toolbar can be accessed in Fixed Assets, Small Tools and Register-Fixed Assets in Acquisition registers by clicking the  (Reports) button.

 

 

Toolbar specialized features are available through designated buttons on the Toolbar:

  • The  (Wizards) button opens a Scan Classify option. Detailed description is provided in the chapter Wizards.
  • The (Reports) button contains a menu of available asset-related reports that can be selected, generated and viewed. Each report corresponds to an entry in the Report Type section of the Reports form, where detailed descriptions and purposes for each report are provided.
  • The (Import/export) button’s full functionality is described in the Import/export chapter.
