Tools Report

The Tools Report form allows you to generate different reports from the Tools register, according to the parameters chosen in the form.
You can open the form by clicking the
(Reports) button in the toolbar of the Tools register form.

Below is a description of the form’s features.

Here you can select the type of report you want to generate.

You can generate a report by double clicking the report type.

By default, there are four types of reports:
- Plain report – The report contains basic data about the tools.
- Tool Maintenance – The report contains basic data about maintenance intervals of the tools.
- Tool Maintenance – Detail – The report contains detailed data about maintenance intervals of the tools.
- Tool Usage from Maintenance - The report contains data about the usage of the tools from maintenance.
- Tool Usage From Maintenance Sum by Items - The report contains data about the usage of tools from maintenance sum by items.
In this section, select the criteria for the report.
Resource

Select or enter the ID of the tool.

Status
|
Select or enter the status of the tools.
|
Regulation
|
Select or enter the regulation.
|
Department
|
Select or enter the department.
|
Cost Center
|
Select or enter the cost center.
|
Resource Type
|
Check the box next to the resource type that you want to include in the report.

Maintenance From |
Enter the start date of the maintenance period.
The field is only avaliable for the following reports:

Maintenance To |
Enter the end date of the maintenance period.
The field is only avaliable for the following reports:

Maintenance |
Enter or select the maintenance document.
The field is only avaliable for the following reports:

Maintainer |
Enter or select a maintaner from the Subjects register.
The field is only avaliable for the following reports:

For Selected Maintenance |
Select if you want to create the report for selected maintenance.
The field is only avaliable for the following reports:

From Selected Maintenance |
Select if you want to create report for all maintenances from selected maintenance.

Maint. Type |
Select a maintenance type.
The field is only avaliable for the following reports:

Sort By
|
Select the criteria for the tools to be sorted by, in the report.
The options are:
- Tool – resources are sorted by tool ID.
- Name – resources are sorted by tool name.

|
By clicking the button, you generate the report with the chosen criteria.
