Transfer from Calendar

To record an absence in the calendar, select the appropriate absence type. The absence type is actually an earnings type with the Type of Absence different from Not an absence.

 Through the Retrieve from Calendar function you can to each employee transfer data from the calendar to whom you have entered the absence. In the payroll preparation, the program will create a line for the appropriate work type, i.e. leave, sick leave, etc.

Once, you click the Transfer button, the program will ask for confirmation:
If there are no recorded absence for the month of the payroll, the program will display a warning:
Otherwise, the program will enter lines for suitable earnings types to employee who were absence in the certain period for which you would like to create the payroll:

 

The program will also transfer the number of hours and days of the individual absence types, keep the total hours and days worked, lower the number of working hours / days and increase the number of the absence hours / day. 

If all absences during the period are part of other types of documents, the earning type for regular attendance will also be appropriately reduced, if it exists in the payroll preparation.

 

The transfer will also edit the number of earnings types that are included in the hours/days worked to the first earning type in payroll preparation with absence type 0-Not an absence. The hours/days correspond to weekly commitments and working days in Administration Panel. The hours/days take into  account also the proportional time if working day is shorter - employment relationship. The proposed days/hours are linked to the record of Average salary register - Foun of hours in connection with employment relationship or the monthly fund of hours belonging to the empleyee.

 

If you have set correct formulas for the calculation of absences, the information for the payroll preparation is completed.
