The cost center  related data that  can be found in the Travel Management panel appear on two subpanels:

  • Linked Documents - Here are displayed all lines of trip forms containing the ID of the cost center in question. Lines linked in this way can be excluded from the cost center subsequently by cancelling link.
  • Open Documents- Here you can find all lines of trip forms where the cost center has not been entered yet. Such lines can be linked with the cost center subsequently.

 

000001.gif Enter the appropriate ID of cost center in the Cost Center field of trip form. Only cost centers assigned the In Progress status appear in the table.
000001.gif Users assigned zero authorizations for Travel Management menu option cannot view this panel nor data it contains. 

 

 

Number Here is displayed the document line number.
Date It displays the date on which the document was created.
Employee Here is displayed the employee entered in the header.
Line Here is displayed the line number of trip form linked with the cost center.
Subject It displays the subject or trip from line of trip form.
Place It displays the trip destination from line of trip form.
Value It displays the amount in line of trip form.
