How to edit company data?

After your first login, check and edit your company details. It is recommended that you follow the steps below.
- Editing data in the Subjects register
When you create a database, a record for your company is usually created automatically in the Subjects register. Because this is an automated process, it is recommended that you review and edit the record in the Subjects register. Click the module Registers | Subjects from the main menu. Find your company and edit the data if necessary. Enter the country if it is not already entered.
From the main menu, click the module Settings, then select the tab Company and click on the pencil icon in the section Company info to edit the company details.
Select your company from the drop-down list of the field Company name.
VAT-registered toggle button:

If you are a VAT taxable person, enable this toggle button (turns orange). If you are not VAT taxable person, leave the toggle button disabled (colored grey).
You can enter company details in a short note (3 rows) and a long note (6 rows).
The short note usually includes general information on the company: company name, address and phone number.
The long note usually includes more information on the company (e.g. the address of the company's registered office, company registration number, tax number, share capital, bank account number and other details).
To enter your logo, simply select the image with your company logo from your local device.
After you have finished editing, do not forget to save the data by clicking the button Save.
*To display the new logo, you may need to refresh the page or the tab Company.
