Use Average Tax Rate from Last Salary

Use Average Tax Rate from Last Salary

010381.gif010411.gif010382.gif010383.gif

By payment of certain earnings types (for example anniversary and annual leave bonus) rate of income tax prepayment is not calculated according to payout but rather according to average income tax rate of last salary.

In this cased you have to set payroll document type from which to read average rate of income tax of last salary. For example see predefined anniversary and annual leave bonus.

000001.gif Period set for the last salary (predefined document type P0) is equivalent or older than the one set for the current payroll.

79176.gifExample: Calculating annual leave bonus for 2009.

000001.gif Having checked Use Average Tax Rate from Last Salary (leaving Income Tax Rate (average) Can Be 0 unchecked) and trying to calculate average income tax rate for employee who has not received salary (e.g. becaue she was on maternity leave,...), uses the lowest rate from the Income Tax and Payroll Tax Rates
.
