Use scale

Use Scale

 

When weighing an item select Use scale. When you're using a scale to determine quantities, all other parameters – such as Default quantity – are ignored. The starting weight for the weighed item is 0.

Use scale can be set in the menu Master data – Items – Use scale. 

When you've selected the Use scale parameter, the field for entering default quantities is automatically hidden. If you're using a scale to determine quantities, all other parameters – such as Default quantity – are ignored.
