Welcome to the User Manual for PANTHEON Web Light!
PANTHEON Web Light is a simple online business program that allows you to easily issue and receive invoices, manage your warehouse, issue and track travel orders, track time and attendance and access HR data, manage your documents, report material and work in manufacturing and many other useful features.
User Manual for PANTHEON Web Light describes the operation and functionalities of each module or, more specifically, it explains how to perform a specific operation within PANTHEON Web Light using concrete examples. On the other hand, the Guide for PANTHEON Web contains more technically-oriented instructions, because it presents in detail the individual windows, forms, fields, reports and other elements of PANTHEON.

Purchases
The module Purchases enables you to enter invoices received and advance payments given to suppliers. You can enter costs and goods invoices received. Invoices received and given advance payments can be viewed in the lists of invoices received and given advance payments. This chapter provides use cases ranging from entering an invoice received and creating an advance payment to viewing the lists of created documents.

Orders/offers
The module Orders/offers allows you to create offers for customers and orders for suppliers. Using the functionality Wizards, you can create advance payments and issuing and receiving documents documents. Retail POS
The module Retail POS functions as a cash register that enables online invoicing. All you need for the service to work is internet access and a computer, tablet or smartphone. Wholesale and services
The module Wholesale and Services is used to create documents when goods and services are issued to both companies and end customers, because the module allows for document fiscalization. Transfer
The module Transfer allows companies to keep stock data across different warehouses. This enables them to optimize work processes and allows for different ways of managing data. When data is exchanged between warehouses, documents for an inter-warehouse transfer are created. This chapter provides use cases showing how to create and view the lists of created documents.

Inventory count
The module Inventory count allows you to make an inventory count of the assets (goods in stock) and sources of funds at a given date and to identify the differences compared to the balance in the company books. The inventory reconciles the book balances with the actual balances. Price change
The module Price change is used to change the sale prices. Changes to the company's sale prices can occur for a number of reasons: increases in the cost of materials or labor, the cost of purchasing goods, indirect manufacturing costs, etc. This chapter provides use cases showing how to create a new price change document and view the lists of created documents.

Financials
The module Financials enables you to create payment orders and XML format-based payment orders, which are then imported to the bank and paid. The module also allows for cash transactions with reports of cash receipts, cash disbursements and cash register accounts. This chapter provides uses cases showing how to create payment and cash transaction documents.

Personnel
The module Personnel is used for keeping and tracking employee data, creating travel orders, keeping track of employee working time, entering absences and working obligations, assessing employees, and maintaining a list or register of vehicles. This chapter provides use cases in relation to employee data, time recording, employee assessment, vehicles and travel orders.

Documents and tasks
In the module Documents and Tasks, you can view all the documents and tasks entered in PANTHEON. The module allows you to archive all electronic documentation. This chapter provides uses cases showing how to create new documents and tasks.

Reports
The module Reports makes it easier for users to view data and prepare records required by law. This chapter provides use cases showing how to prepare and view reports on stock levels, issued invoices, packaging, account cards, outstanding items and their structure.

Registers
For the PANTHEON Web Light to work properly, easily and quickly, it is important that the registers are set up correctly. You can modify, delete or add new ones so that they best fit your work and your company's organizational hierarchy. This chapter provides use cases showing how to work with the following registers: Subjects, Items, Tax rates, Payment methods, Text, Postal areas and Positions of employment.

The module Settings allows the user to configure the program according to the company's needs. This chapter provides use cases showing how to define the settings for the essential PANTHEON elements: company, business premises, document types, retail, wholesale, work records, documents and users.
