Usage of Accounting Dashboard from Autodoctoring

Accounting Dashboard can be used from Autodoctoring when Pantheon starts or when Pantheon is running. Autodoctoring cannot start the Pantheon as Task Scheduler can.

Autodoctoring task can be created manually or through Accounting Dashboard by clicking Button:

After clicking button the Autodoctoring module is opened and task entered:

 

Line Number of task
Type Summary reports for Accountants must be selectec.

Name

 Custom name of the task is entered.
Parameters 

If Autodoctoring task is created from Accounting Dashboard, the values of parameters are filled as they were selected on the form when Autodoctoring button was clicked.

All parameter values can be set or altered manually:

  • p_cAutoStart - automatic start when form is opened (T) or not (F).
  • p_cDataBase - names of included databases, separated with commas.
  • p_cSaveData - If true (T), then data gathered will be saved for latter analisys.
  • p_nType - setting which controls will be executed. Value 511 indicates that all will be executed.
  • p_nAutoPost - parameter indicates  which automatic posting will be executed.
