You can use Utilization report type to display the utilization and utilization of company property. 

To limit a report type you can define following criteria:

 

Employee You can limit the report to an individual employee. If you leave the field blank the program will display a report for all employees.
Department You can limit the report to a certain department.
Cost center You can limit the report to a certain cost center.
Position You can limit the report to an individual position of employment.

Period From - To

You can limit the report to the period of utilization or end utilization.
Inv. No. You can limit the report to a certain inventory number.
FA Type You can limit the report to the asset type:
  • Fixed Asset;
  • Small Tools.
Discharges Show only a list of discharges by employees.

Responsabilities As

 Show all of the utilizations of employees
All Show a list of all utilizations and discharges of employees. 
Report
 A click on the Report button will run the procedure of reporting.
