Below are listed variables for salary formulas included under Variables for contributions item in Formula Builder:

 

 The following field and button are made available in Formula Builder after selecting specific variables under Variables for contributions:

Contribution

 

000001.gif The Contribution field is displayed after selecting Variables for contributions in Formula Builder.
Contribution Enter or select a contribution for payroll. You can select among those set in Contributions.

To include contribution variable in the formula, click the Use in Formula or the Use button above

VARIABLE

 

VP - Contributions, percentage or value

 

The variable returns value of contribution type expressed as percentage which is entered in the Value column in Subjects | Municipality.

For example contribution D1 - Health insurance from Contributions is referenced in the following way:

#VPD1#  (in which case VP is constant, and D1 the selected type of contribution).

000001.gif The value of contribution expressed as percentage and entered in the Municipality of Main Office field in Administration Panel l Settings | Program Parameters | Personnel | Payroll | General will be used in payroll calculation.
