Vehicles
The Vehicles module is meant for input and overview of vehicles, which the employees use for work trips, or have for personal use.

The Vehicles module has two tabs:
- New vehicle – enables the input of a new vehicle
- Vehicles – this tab is opened by default, and it displays a list of registered vehicles and enables editing and adding vehicles.
The following is a description of the Vehicles tab:
Toolbar has features for adding and deleting vehicles:

The New vehicle tab for adding a new vehicle will open.

Delete
|
Deletes one or more selected vehicles from the list. the Delete button is activated only when one or more vehicles from the list is selected.

This is a table with data about the registered vehicles, which can be interpreted in the below described fields:

A field for the input of the search string. |

 (Select)
|
By selecting one or more vehicles, the Delete button is activated and it enables a quick deletion of one or more vehicles from the database.

License plate
|
The license plate of the vehicle. By clicking the license plate number, the New vehicle tab, where you can edit data about the vehicle, will open.

Name
|
The name of the vehicle.
|

Note
|
A note on the vehicle.
|
|
Active
|
The check mark indicates that the vehicle is in use.
