Weekly Overview

If you have selected the weekly overview, the program will display the calendar in the weekly form, as seen above. In this form you can browse different calendar types by a week. In a special field, you can select from the drop-down menu the calendar type.

In this field you can select from the drop-down menu the calendar type:
  • All Records - The program will display information of all calendars;
  • 000 - Main Company Calendar;
  • 001 - Company Calendar;
  • 002 - Positions;
  • 201 - Leave, Sick Leave;
  • 200 - Planned Working Hours;
  • 202 - Actual Working Hours;
  • 220 - Interviews;
  • 400 - Trips.
The calendar looks like a table with days on the horizontal line and hours on the vertical. Colored fields present different earnings types. Depends on the selected calendar type.
