Workflow for eExchange

The electronic form of documents or digital information is the original form of the document, as nowadays all data is stored in computer systems. To successfully send and receive eDocuments from bizBox, you must have workflows created or entered in PANTHEON.

This chapter presents how to transfer workflows for successful eExchange.

CASE SUMMARY

To successfully send and receive eDocuments from bizBox, the person responsible must have created workflows. Preprepared workflows can be transferred from the web server. This is done as follows:

  1. Opening Workflow Design

  2. Transferring from server

1. Opening Workflow Design

The person responsible selects Settings | Documentation | Workflow Design.

A Workflow Design window opens.

Next, the person responsible transfers workflows.

2. Transferring from server

In the toolbar, the person responsible clicks the (Import/Export Data) button and selects Transfer registers from the list.

A Download Register - Workflow Definitions window opens.

The Build no. field is automatically filled in with the last build of the program: 1003420.

Next, the person responsible selects the Import Type: Add/Update.

The person responsible leaves the Country selected: EU.

The person responsible clicks the Transfer from Server button.

In the lines in the lower part of the window, data is filled in with all possible workflows available for transfer.

All workflows are automatically selected.

In this case, the person responsible unchecks all except the workflows: Send eDocument to bizBox and Receive eDocument from bizBox.

HINT

Right-clicking the Yes/No column opens a menu, where the person responsible selects the option Deselect All, which deselects all selected workflows.

 

To end the process, the person responsible clicks the Transfer into Register button.

The program shows the information: Transfer to register finished.
