An Introduction to Wiki
With the development and advance of recent technologies such as wikis, blogs, podcasting and filesharing the traditional Internet model is challanged and community-driven services are gaining ground rapidly. The purpose of Wiki within our company is to make all knowledge of PANTHEON users available in form of a free online encyclopedia. You can contribute and expand the Wiki content.
Basic Navigation
Click any topic (category) in the tree to access it. Additionally, you can access it by clicking links. Topics can also be accessed directly from PANTHEON or by supplying an URL address. Plus, you can find any topic using the usersite's search function.
Home
Click the Home link to return to the initial Wiki page. It is useful when you want to reset layout and cancel any work you have done.
URL Access
User Access Levels
Anyone can access Wiki pages. Only registered users are authorized to edit topics or add new ones. That is, they can use all Wiki features. Unregistered users can on the other hand only view Wiki content. They cannot edit content or delete any topic.
Browsing Wiki
Click any topic (category) in the tree to access it. Additionally, you can access it by clicking links. Search
The search engine is located by the language bar under the usersite menu. To search only through the Wiki content, click Advanced Search and check Search Topics. After clicking the Search button, you are redirected to results page where you can access Wiki topics you were looking for.
Categories
Pages linked by content are included under categories. You can group pages in categories to make navigation through Wiki easier. Categories can be accessed in tree structure. That is, every category includes subtopics. This way you can access a great number of PANTHEON Help topics in an organized manner.
Editing Wiki
Only registered users are authorized to edit topics or add new ones. That is, they can use all Wiki features.

Adding New Content
New Topics
Topics are basic elements making up Wiki. Each topic is linked to a specific category.
New Categories
Every newly added topic is an expansion of the category. Use the function to organize child topics in tree structure.
Insert Image
A simple text editor allows you to insert images of any file format.
Add Comment
The option for adding new comments offers a possibility to expand and shape the content.
Rate Content
Rate content and in this way cooperate in enhancing its quality.
Edit
Anyone assigned adequate authorizations can freely edit Wiki content. In the end commit changes by clicking Save.
To edit pages in Wiki, simply click the Edit link that can be found at the bottom of the page. Then edit content in a text editor similar to Word. In the end do not forget to click the Save link to commit any changes you made.
A new version of the topic is created every time you click Save. You can view this in View Topic History and restore the topic to a previous version.
Add
You can add a topic in the following two ways:
1. Right-click the Category item in the tree and select New Topic A new topic appears under the category where you selected the command.
2. Click the Add link at the bottom of the page. After entering title of the page, click category tree to select the parent category.
Delete
You can delete a topic in the following two ways:
1. Right-click the Category item and select Delete. The page is not entirely deleted. It is only removed. Note that you cannot delete a topic which contains subtopics.
2. Click the Delete link at the bottom of the page. The page is not entirely deleted. It is only removed. You cannot delete a topic which contains subtopics.
