Inside the table Wine varieties are shown. For particular Wine variety there is necessary to set different information. Information is possible to correct in Item Code book.

 

Wine/Oil Regarding the fact that we use this code book both for Wine and Oil defining here we define certain wine as Wine, or oil as Oil
Item An Item, from the Item Code book
Name Name of the Item, from the Item Code book
Item Type Accounting type of particular wine
U/M Unit of measurement
VAT VAT %
Wine color Wine color which will be shown on graphic cellar overview
Wine type Followed by Wine color Wine type can be chosen so numbers on graphical overview are easier to recognize.
ID in Vinar Only for previous Vinar program. Traceability of data can be easier to follow
Packed Wine A mark if wine goes in multi-bottle package

It is also possible to add directly both Wine and Oil Items through this codebook. When added, into particalar added Item there are also added Unit of Measure (U/M) are added at three palces within Item codebook.
