Wizards in New inventory

The feature Wizards in the document command line opens a menu of wizards for useful additional functions that are already pre-defined or that the user has added themselves.

The feature Wizards is located in the top right corner of the window Inventory count and has two options:

  • Partial stock
  • In stock

This part of the user manual is divided into the following chapters containing related use cases:

Entering partial stock The Wizards option Partial stock searches for the actual stock on a specific day for a specific warehouse and only for the items that have been previously manually entered into the inventory document lines. This chapter shows how to use the option Partial stock using the fictional company Tecta as an example.
Checking stock for an entire warehouse The Wizards option In stock searches for the actual stock on a specific day for all the items in a given warehouse. This chapter shows how to use the option In stock using the fictional company Tecta as an example.
