Work order – SE

The form Work Order – SE is used to view the material lines and work operation lines on a work order (WO).
The form shows the general WO information, i.e. the WO number and the related item (product, semi-product).
The form is divided into two tabs: Materials and Operations. The tabs display material cards and work operations cards with general information about them.

When you open the form, the tab Operations opens by default.

To open the form, click one of the WO cards in the SE Work orders list.

Below is a description of the form's parts:
The toolbar on the form Work orders – SE shows the following tabs and buttons:
Work orders |
Clicking this tab opens the form Work orders. |
Materials |
Clicking this tab opens the form Materials for the selected WO. The form shows details of the material requirements for the WO. |
Operations |
Clicking this tab opens the form Operations for the selected WO. The form shows details of the work operations for the WO. |
Documents |
Clicking this tab opens the form Documents for the selected WO. The form allows upoloading and review of documents linked to the WO. |

The header of the form shows the WO Key and the related Item name.
Key |
Number of the WO that is made up of the year of creation of the WO, the WO document type and the consecutive number of the WO. |
Item |
The ID of the item (product, semi-product) from the Items register. |
The bottom part of the form shows the cards with specific WO details. Which cards are displayed depends on the tab selected in the form toolbar:
- Materials – Shows material cards with general information on the WO material lines. For more information on material cards, see the chapter Materials.
- Operations – Shows operations cards with general information on the WO work operation lines. For more information on work operations cards, see the chapter Operations.
